Now I bought a tv episode and it keeps stopping after 30 seconds and saying “Video Unavailable”. I tried other shows I bought years ago and same thing, Deleted and installed the app and has not fixed it.

I'm having same issue, went back to ver 9.7.21 no change. For channels other than youtube (Daily Show, MSNBC, Colbert, AlJazeera), when I hit play on the roku, it goes to retrieving, goes back to the screen with the Play option, then back to retrieving, and then gives the message "We're unable to play this video, make sure the server is running and has access to this video."
