My computer is running Windows 10 Pro, on a domain. For everyday use, I log in with my domain account which is NOT a member of the machine's local administrator group. Safe computing, etc etc. I would like to be able to disable a third-party program that has been configured to run at start-up. (Dell Sonic Wall Net Extender).
