Typically C:\Program FIles\Skyrim\Data Saved mods by NMM are saved in another directory, depending on your choice when you install NMM. Mine is C:\Games\Nexus Mod Manager\Skyrim\Mods If you don't know where yours are, you can reinstall NMM, not the game, to see in which directory NMM save mods. Thanks to Paul McGoldrick for pointing out what the problem was caused by and the first solution/workaround so far to this issue; NMM can't find the fallout4.exe executable as such it comes up null, so the solution would be in this case to revert the name back to fallout4.exe for those like myself that renamed it to fallout4launcher.exe so as to be able to open the game or as Paul suggested
